At Bulls I Halal, we are committed to delivering premium quality frozen beef products to your door. Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any frozen beef products, including American Wagyu, Black Angus, or custom orders.
  • This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our products for all customers.

Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or is not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your claim and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

To submit a claim:

  • Email us at info@bulls-i-halal.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours or without proper documentation may not be eligible for review.

Exceptions

  • No returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or opened/thawed products.
  • Custom and special orders are final sale.
